Amazing Pool Fun

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While I loved the unique Craftsman touches and enjoyed the warm cookies, overcrowding made it a less than ideal experience for my birthday weekend. The service could use some improvement, especially regarding communication around reservations. Ultimately, the beautiful room decor and amenities couldn't quite compensate for the chaotic atmosphere and disappointing service.
